WELCOME

Club Captain 2022 - Tommy Tulk 

When I was asked to become the Captain by Wayne, it was a great honour. I have seen the club grow from virgin ground to the great facility we have today.

 The club has matured tremendously over the years and Stuart and Anne have completely updated and improved the facilities beyond any dream.

The uniqueness of the membership has always been present, a wonderful welcome and atmosphere within the clubhouse always. Members have welcomed new members to join in and the club’s friendliness has been the talk of others s across the county and beyond.

Club nights on Wednesday are an example of the great camaraderie that the club has become renowned for and is a place I would recommend any new member to come along and partake in.

There are weekly competitions in place for all golfers both men and women to enjoy. The club has four Avalon league teams and a mixed team in the three counties league, all at weekends. The seniors and ladies play league and friendlies during the weekdays and people are most made welcome to participate.

I will always make myself available for a cup of coffee and a chat and please enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and uniqueness about our club.
